Returns & Refunds Policy

All Westwood Shirts products are made to order. We do not accept returns. Please refer to our size guide carefully before placing your order.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges in the following cases:

• You received the wrong size from what was ordered
• Your item has a defect or misprint

To request an exchange, contact us within 30 days of delivery at santi.backup777@gmail.com with:

• Your order number
• A photo clearly showing the issue

If your claim is approved, we'll send you a replacement at no extra cost — no return shipment required. 

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, production has begun and we are unable to cancel.
